Description

Spanish cakes
Delicious brownies with hrustenko at the expense of cereals. My taste reminded of the taste of the bars "Snickers", because inside the desert there lies a huge amount of nuts, a thick layer of chocolate and caramel sauce. For lovers of sweet - thing. The recipe is borrowed from Svetlana, for which many thanks to her.

step-0
Let's start with the caramel sauce. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the sugar and water, put on medium heat and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Then increase the heat and cook until the sauce becomes amber - this process takes 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, carefully pour in the cream, it's bubbling, add the butter and salt, mix everything thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
step-1
I'm a little cereal crushed in the blender, I they were big. Add to flakes sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, all peremeshaem. Then add the softened butter and again mix thoroughly. Forms a loose crumb. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Form (I 20смХ30см) to lay baking paper, put half of the dough, crush with your hands. Send the form into the oven and bake the cake for about 10 minutes.
step-2
Chopped nuts and chocolate. Caramel sauce mix with 2.5 cups of flour.
step-3
Baked the cake to fill in chopped nuts and chocolate. Pour sauce chocolate with nuts. Top evenly distribute the remaining batter. Return the form in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until Golden brown (watch oven). Remove from oven, let cool and put into the fridge for at least an hour (I stood the night).
step-4
Take out of the fridge, release paper, cut it into cakes. Very tasty cakes with tea and coffee, and for some even milk. Help yourself, Bon appetit!!!
