That's what I want to say – after the preparation of the recipe “Chocolate puffs” I was left with the whites. And I decided to use the same ingredients, but instead of yolks, add the beaten egg whites. The only thing I removed is milk. Turned out delicious, melt in your mouth chocolate seashells – a wonderful treat for kids and adults! Such liver bake only 6-7 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Flour mixed with cocoa and vanilla. Beat the whites until stable peaks, then gradually add sugar, whisking constantly. Get the cream meringue.
In the bulk mixture add the baking powder, butter, medium soft, grind. Now we need to add whites, whipped with sugar, stir gently with a spoon, by the way, from top to bottom.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. To shift the dough in a pastry bag with a nozzle with a large hole and squeeze the shells on a baking sheet. You can put the dough with a teaspoon. Place in oven and bake at 180 degrees for 6-7 minutes. No more! Switch off the oven without removing the cookies to cool with the door ajar.
