Description
This chocolate cake is quite typical for a home of French cuisine, but also upscale restaurants do not shun them. It is delicious with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and just by itself, with a crispy crust and tender melting middle, very chocolate, but surprisingly easy to prepare. I think it is important for many the complete absence in the cake flour and starch.
