Rye loaf
Rye-buckwheat loaf had to invent forced (began to suspect my daughter allergic to wheat). So today at random was baked this bread here. Ingredients

  • Water

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • The kvass wort

    1 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    130 g

  • Bran

    70 g

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

Just in case put a picture of flour and bran. Buckwheat flour you can grind in a coffee grinder of buckwheat. Bran I milled into powder using a blender.
