Chicken liver
Recently for dinner I wanted something different from chicken liver, found on the recipe site, I was wondering about. He was without a photo, remembering "Coloring", I decided to paint the recipe, if the result will be satisfied. And happy I was very (and my family too) - a very simple, quick to prepare dish, a wonderful sauce and very tasty, tender liver. We loved the dish, despite the fact that there is an Apple sauce - a combination meat-fruit in our family survives very rarely. This recipe - just a rare exception. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user doom called "chicken Liver "Quick meal" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

  • Onion

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Liver wash, remove all unnecessary and ugly. I cut out the very laborious and carefully - this is the longest lesson... And I get a lot of waste (especially I am not greedy - all meat, etc. given to trimming the neighbor's dog) so I always take the liver longer than stated in the recipe. This time I had a 600g. The liver is cut into arbitrary pieces.

In the original recipe recommended cutting the onion into rings. It is possible and so. But I wanted to chop half rings.

Make sauce - Apple grate on a fine grater, add the tomato paste, flour, dilute with water. Salt, pepper - to taste.

Heat in a pan with a little vegetable oil, fry it until transparent onions, add the liver and stir fry for 2-5 minutes. Look to the entire liver evenly roasted to not stand out red juice and was moist sites on the liver.

Add the sauce to the liver, simmer for 3-4 minutes. If necessary, salt, pepper - to taste.

You're done! On the side I had the macaroni, the next day - mashed potatoes. Enjoy one side dish, and others. The next day, the liver remains the same VERY soft, tender and tasty. I even cold very much! The taste of the Apple can be guessed only by the faint sourness of the sauce... I did not say that in the sauce there is Apple - no one guessed. Ie, if Your family does not like the combination of fruit with meat, etc., that, in this case, it is not a reason to refuse such a delicious meal! Bon appetit!
