Pie with chicken, peppers and sun-dried tomatoes
This is my favorite pie. It is so delicious that words cannot Express. I recommend to cook!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken thigh

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    1 handful

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

Knead a soft elastic dough out of flour, butter, softened, eggs, salt and water.

Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Detachable cake tin (21 cm) lay a parchment. Chilled roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, put into a form, form a high rim.

Put the parchment paper, pour the peas and bake at 180 gr. 20 minutes. Remove the paper load and slightly cool the dough.

Fillet cut into small pieces (I have a medium size piece) and fry until soft in vegetable oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Remove the chicken pieces and the remaining juice saute until soft peppers, pre-sliced.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. The bottom of the pie, sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese. Flatten and press.

The rest of the cheese mixed with chicken meat, pepper and sun-dried tomatoes. Keep sun-dried tomatoes on top of pie..

Put the stuffing and a bit compacted.

Fill. Beat eggs slightly with a whisk, add salt and pepper, pour the cream.

Carefully pour the mixture into the stuffing and send in the oven 180 gr. on 40 minutes. Or until done.
