A Roll Of
My another variation on the theme of bounty. Sweet was the sausage, bagels were, now try roll.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Starch

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sugar split in half, one half beat up with salt and proteins (up to peaks), the second with egg yolks (white).

Dissolve cocoa in boiling water, stir in yolks, flour, baking powder and starch, mix and add to the yolks. All carefully to mix.

Last add the whites in three stages.

Put the dough onto the sheet and flatten. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, condensed milk (5 tablespoons) and coconut. Ready cake to wrap with paper for 2 minutes until lightly cool.

Spread the cream on the cake and wrap the roll.

For the frosting boil 1 tbsp condensed milk, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cocoa until thick. Coat the roulade on top. Bon appetit!
