Cupcake with chocolate sour cream
Tasty, tender, very flavorful cake. Cooking is ridiculously simple, but disappears disappointingly quickly)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all ingredients, except chocolate, into a homogeneous mass (the consistency of it is like thick cream)

Chocolate grind into crumbs. It is better to take milk, because the cake will be more fragrant.

Mix the chocolate with the dough pour in the form greased with oil, put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 deg. about 1 hour (I did more), check the wooden stick, it should be dry.

The cake rises well, so the form should be filled no more than on half of height. Here such it turns out a cupcake, very porous, light and flavorful. Bon appetit!
