Cooking
Take the boiled beets, garlic, walnuts, prunes. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10 minutes.
Beets with garlic three on a fine grater, nut crumble, prunes and finely chop. Mix everything together with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Make balls and lay out on a dish. On top decorate with mayonnaise and walnut.
