Frittata in spring style
Frittata is an Italian omelet that is cooked with fillings of cheese, vegetables, sausage or meat. Frit -something between scrambled eggs with stuffing and casserole. Very easy and delicious recipe. Can be done in a frying pan, and can be done in the oven. Whatever you like. I was doing different and tasty. The proportions are 1 egg 2 tablespoons milk or cream.
