Description
Three ways of making lazy cabbage rolls. Lazy, but very tasty stuffed cabbage with meat and mushrooms in the muffins cups. An excellent addition to the cabbage is sour cream and tomato sauce, and roasted vegetables give it the desired thickness and richness.

Cooking
Boil the rice according to instructions.
Cut the cabbage from the stalk. In boiling, salted water drop the forks cabbage for 3-5 minutes. Detachable and pull out the leaves.
Mushrooms the rifling small plates.
Vegetable oil passaram onion for several minutes. Add carrots and mushrooms and fry for a few minutes. Then add chopped garlic.
Spread the stuffing in a small pan.
Put the cooked rice. Add the saffron diluted in 1 tbsp of warm water, seasoning, salt, pepper and stir.
Put here the same onion-carrot mixture with the mushrooms and carefully mix everything.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Tomato paste mixed with sour cream. Add salt to taste and a little sugar. I added some dry seasoning.
Muffin tins greased with oil. Cabbage leaves put into molds so that remained hanging from the edge.
In each mould, put the stuffing (2 tablespoons),
and put on top 1-2 tbsp. a spoonful of sauce.
A free part of the cabbage leaf close the mold, or cover it in a separate leaf from the top. Sprinkle top with remaining sauce.
Put the ramekins with the cabbage rolls in a preheated t 190 C oven for 30 minutes until a beautiful Golden brown. And the result here is so delicious and flavorful cabbage rolls!!!
You can prepare lazy cabbage rolls in another method. Take cooked cabbage leaves and cut into thin strips. Add to the mince with the onion.
Add two eggs and mix well.
These cabbage rolls can be fried in a pan.

Or bake in tins, in the oven at 180C, 30 minutes. If you baked in the oven, then lubricate the top of the sauce.
