When young parents were probably these cutlets are loved..! And we could not love so simple and fun was had by all to live..! Here is the nostalgia I have..! And I remembered friends! In step with the times little has changed.. this is a forgotten recipe revived..! Juicy, fast, very simple..! No products questions! The budget is minimal and to eat - perfect..! Fry the onions, boil the rice, fish mash well with a fork, without any liquid ( I add quite a drop to make it easier to knead it..)
To the fish add boiled rice, fried onions, grated cheese, beat the egg and add 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs, add the spices ( careful with the salt) and mix well.., let stand for 5-7 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, with wet hands to form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs (or what you like), sauté until it will turn brown ( it turns out I have approximately 5-6 minutes on each side, over medium heat, without lid)
With any sauce, vegetables or your favourite side dish
