Description

Chicken in a soy-orange sauce
Very tender and flavorful chicken. The meat just melts in your mouth. I cooked a whole chicken, but you can use any part of it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
Oranges clean off the peel, cut into cubes. Pour water and put to boil.
step-1
Bring to a boil, add sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool.
step-2
Mix soy sauce (Kikkoman) with mustard. Add the chopped garlic.
step-3
Combine all the cooled oranges.
step-4
Chicken marinated in orange mixture and put in the cold for several hours.
step-5
Then put the chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the marinade (if you want, then you can put the oranges). Cover with foil so the top doesn't dry out. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. 10-15 minutes before end of cooking, remove foil and you can add heat to the hen flushed. Pour the chicken resulting juice.
