Description
Chanakhi-a Georgian dish, which is based on meat and lots of veggies. Baked in clay pots. Options also lots. I want to offer you one of them with a fragrant pork surrounded by juicy fruits. The dish is prepared very simply, but it turns out very tasty.

Cooking
The meat is cut into medium cubes and put to fry on high heat with a small amount of vegetable oil (preferably baked). Eggplant peeled and sliced as well as meat. Fill with cold water with salt and leave for 15 minutes, went to the bitterness.
Peppers and tomatoes cut into large cubes. When the meat is fried, diminish the fire. Add the spices, dry seasoning, water and tomato paste. Once the meat comes to a boil, turn off the gas. In some families instead of beef-tomato broth prefer tomato juice. Look at their taste preferences, but I like more broth so rich and delicious.
Peel potatoes and cut into medium cubes, onion half-rings. Begin to collect our pots. First put the potatoes, onion, potseluem and spread on top of finely chopped cilantro
Then comes the meat, peppers and eggplants. In each pot put the garlic cloves, passed through the press.
Finishing tomatoes and pour our pots of meat broth in half. Put in oven for 40 mins at 200*C
