Tortilla with mushrooms
A trip on mushrooms, has borne fruit. In addition to oil, svinushek of Russula and boletus I found some beauties white mushrooms, of which, in the end, decided to bake some tasty cakes!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

So many mushrooms we have collected + some white beauties!

Mushrooms wash, peel, soak for 10 minutes in a good salt solution, then rinse and cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion and garlic, add the mushrooms, spices, sour cream and stew for 20 min.

Prepare the sourdough: yeast pour the warm milk, place sugar + 0.5 cups of sifted flour and leave in a warm place for 20 min.

The dough is well risen, add to it a pinch of salt and homemade chubby village sour cream (who does not have a Granny in the village can add store-bought sour cream, just high enough fat) + vegetable oil.

With the remaining flour, knead elastic dough.

Roll out thinly the dough and on one half spread our rosy fragrant mushrooms.

Close the second half of the test (i.e. folded in half) and zasiyaet region.

Spread the remaining stuffing.

Once folded in half our flapjack, zasiyaet edges, grease with vegetable oil and carefully press the tortilla gently stretching (I'm a little bothered with a rolling pin, so even easier), only pressure is not very otherwise our mushrooms will be offended and climb out to see who's on them is so screwed :-D Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 20-25 min. the Dough is very thin and is prepared fairly quickly.

Take out from the oven, cut. The photograph clearly shows that the dough was very thin and crispy, and filling, thanks to the juice of mushrooms, very tender.
