The oven heated to 230 degrees. Pan diameter 26 cm Or rectangular form grease with butter (ceramic cover paper). In a large bowl, mix corn flour, plain, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. In another bowl, lightly beat sour milk and eggs, mix in melted butter, pour mixture into flour mixture. Quickly knead the batter, pour into mold.
