We often underestimate the carrots, using only simple dishes, salads, soups, pickles, etc. and you can cook a very interesting and elegant dishes such as this here pie, very useful and easy. Cooking
Carrots, broccoli, and dried fruits.
1. Carrots peeled, 3 carrots to defer, the rest coarsely chop and boil in milk until soft, about 15 minutes.
2. Pour the milk, the carrots to scroll in the blender, add salt and pepper.

5. Broccoli boil in salted water for a few minutes. Drain, chop, season with salt and pepper and season with vegetable oil.

11. For the sauce: cut the dried fruits into small cubes, put in a saucepan together with 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, liqueur and honey. Bring to boil and cook 3 minutes. Add sesame seeds and stir.
