Tian is a vegetable dish Provencal cuisine, which is cooked in a ceramic or earthenware dish with olive oil. This is a very useful and delicious summer dish with a beautiful name and design.

Cooking
We will need eggplant, zucchini, pumpkin and heat resistant baking dish.
Eggplant cut into strips, salt and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse with water.
Pumpkin and zucchini also cut into strips.
Onions and garlic are lightly fried in the pan.
On the bottom of the form put passaged onion, chopped fresh herbs and top ring of the vegetable until the baking dish is full.
Sprinkle top with a mixture of Provencal herbs, sprinkle with olive oil and bake 30 - 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Served hot.
