Cooking
Cook the minced beef and pork. I even add chicken, but this time there was no time to grind, I just shredded it with a knife.
Fry the onion and carrots.
Fry the mushrooms. I had a frozen forest.
Zucchini cut into thin slices (zucchini take a little longer, I was somewhere around 23 cm). Puts them in a form overlap, as in the photo. Pre-lubricate the form of vegetable oil. I took a split mold, in the oven put it on the grill, and the bottom put the baking sheet, because zucchini are in the oven to extract the juice.
In forcemeat add the rice, fried onions and carrots. Salt, pepper, add spices to taste.
On top of the meat put the fried mushrooms and chopped tomatoes. With tomatoes it is better to remove the skin.
Lightly brush tomatoes with mayonnaise. Now the hard part begins: it is necessary to cover the projecting ends of the zucchini stuffing. On top put strips of zucchini or cuttings produced when cutting.
Top the dish anoint with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 220-250 ° C for approximately 40-50 minutes.
