It all started with the experiment. Daughter really asked for manna, but the sour milk I had, only fresher. Did manna in the fresh milk and we loved it. And then I thought, why not try out this dough to bake waffles?! Tried - very tender and very tasty. The first batch just ate. And the next time I cooked the condensed milk and home made waffles, turned out the cake. Here, as we experimented...

Cooking
In a bowl or pan to drive two eggs, add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat well.

Then pour the melted margarine and repay soda (I quenched Apple cider vinegar).
Add the sifted flour. Mix well.
The waffle iron to heat up. I have 5 levels of heating, and these waffles I bake on 3. To grease with a brush with vegetable oil. Spread on the middle of the waffle iron 1 full tablespoon of dough to give slightly spread and close tightly.
And that's waffles. I have a total of 16 pieces. You can eat so. Very tasty, they go fast with tea or without.
