Description
Mandarin is probably the most important attribute of the New year. I assume that with the approaching magical holiday this fruit is in every house. I suggest for diversity to cook a wonderful dessert that will not leave indifferent neither adults nor children. The idea of the recipe thanks Cook.

Cooking
Orange and tangerine wash, cut and squeeze the juice. The rind of the orange to throw, and Mandarin oranges folded into a plate, sprinkle them with sugar and thoroughly mash to drain juice. I did it with a potato masher to puree.
Soak gelatine in cold water. Adjust the amount according to the number of the resulting juice (I got 250 grams). Tangerine skins to throw, and the resulting flavored sugar syrup added to the juice. All pour into a saucepan, put on fire, add a little saffron and reheat, do NOT BOIL.
Squeeze the gelatine and add to hot juice, stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
Pour into cups, let cool and remove until fully hardened in the refrigerator.
I have jelly stood all night. Before serving, decorate it with strands of saffron and cinnamon or grated chocolate and serve.
