Cooking
Nuts chop with a knife and toast them in a pan, wash the raisins and, if large, cut it in 2-3 parts.
Beat with a mixer the butter, sugar and zest.
In a bowl sift flour mixed with baking powder and add the wet raisins. Stir with a spatula so that at first each raisin was covered with flour and only then to combine all ingredients.
Stir in coconut, chopped needles of rosemary and pour in the orange juice (I replaced the juice on the infusion of green tea). Mix.
Last add walnuts and oats and stir one last time.
Dough forming balls about the size of a walnut and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. The hot biscuits are very soft and you can even seem that they haven't Dobelis, but once they cool, become more dense and crunchy.
