Cooking
Make the crust-the Foundation -(150g of flour, 130g of butter, 80g sugar, vanilla, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 200g of biscuits). Cookies (I have shortbread in the chocolate coating) grind with a rolling pin into crumbs. Melt the butter, mix it with sifted flour and baking powder, sugar and vanilla. Add a crumb of the cookie. Well let's knead with your hands.
The resulting mass is put in shape, covered with oiled paper (I have 32х22х9см). Trambeam tightly with your fingers and leave aside.
Make the chocolate dough (200g flour, 130g of sugar, 100ml vegetable oil, 100g of yoghurt (I had strawberry), 4 eggs, 15g of cocoa, 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Pour the mass on top of the biscuit. Bake until ready at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The finished dough lay, completely cooled, and carefully cover with cling film. Put the cake back in the prepared form.
Strawberry cream 500 g strawberries, 100 g of chocolate, 500ml double cream, 100g sugar, 30g of gelatin, 6 tablespoons water for soaking gelatin. Shred chocolate with a knife.
Soak gelatin in water and melt in microwave (do not boil), cool. Whip the cream in a lush foam. Mix 2 tbsp of whipped cream with gelatin, and then stir to ostalnym whipped cream.
Crush strawberries and add sugar.
Add to the cream the chopped chocolate, mix gently.
To mass gently stir the strawberries.
Evenly spread the strawberry cream on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Chocolate cream - 350g of yoghurt, 100g of chocolate, 80g of sugar, 15g gelatine, 3st.l. water for soaking gelatin. Soak the gelatine and then melt in microwave, let cool. Chocolate melt in the microwave. Whisk the yogurt with sugar. Mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt mass with gelatin,stir, and then stir to the mixture.
Continuing to whisk, add rastoplenny chocolate.
Put on top of frozen strawberry layer and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mark about how You'll cut the cakes to make it easier to decorate. Melt 50g of the chocolate.
Garnish with a pattern of chocolate.
Then put the strawberries. Store in the refrigerator up to pour chocolate.
To cut better with a sharp knife, pre-heated in a bowl of boiling water.
