Figs rinse and pour boiling water for a few minutes.
Walnuts grind in a blender.
Nuts combine with honey.
Figs to drain in a sieve to drain the water, dry with a cloth and make a small transverse incisions. Nut-honey mass roll into balls and fill them figs.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Dip figs in melted chocolate, put in a mold or just on a cutting Board and sprinkle with (optional) walnuts.
