Cooking

step-0
Prepare the omelette in the style of Japanese "Tamago". To do this, put warm up on the fire pan. Grease it with vegetable oil. In a Cup beat egg, add 1 teaspoon of Kikkoman Wok sauce and whisk. If you have a regular sauce, add a pinch of sugar and a drop of lemon juice. Then fry it in a pan on both sides. It will be like a thin pancake. Likewise fry the other egg. Collapsible roll, leave to cool down
step-1
If you have ham or smoked chicken that you can skip this step. I have a raw fillet, marinate it in 2 tbsp. spoons of Kikkoman Wok sauce, fry in a pan until tender. Lay the fillet on a plate to cool.
step-2
A detachable fork Chinese cabbage 5-6 leaves, and cut into thin strips. Sent in a large bowl.
step-3
Cucumbers also cut into thin strips. Sent to the cabbage.
step-4
The onion cut into thin long pieces. Sent in a salad bowl.
step-5
Next, chili peppers remove seeds and cut into small pieces. But, unfortunately, pepper chili, I was not, so I finely chopped 100 grams of sweet pepper, sprinkled with dry chilli flakes and sent it to the vegetables.
step-6
The rolled omelet roll, cut into thin strips. Put the cabbage and other products.
step-7
Fillet (or ham) cut into strips and put in a Cup to the rest of the ingredients.
step-8
Prepare the dressing. In a Cup add all the prepared ingredients: sugar (honey), Light soy sauce Kikkoman, sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved. Add the oil, ideally sesame, but can be any vegetable. The salad can be prepared in advance, not to fill. Pour the resulting dressing the salad before serving. Sprinkle more sesame seeds and stir.
