Warm salad with chicken ventricles
I want to offer to your attention a very simple composition but very rich in taste warm salad! The rich taste gives the salad dressing, which includes soy sauce! Of course, the salad nice and cold, but warmth is absolutely impossible to stop! You can also prepare it as a light dinner. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

So, let's stomach. We put them to cook with the range of products offered on a platter. First the broth is better to pour (optional). And the second is to add onions, carrots, Bay leaf and pepper and cook for about 1.5 hours, until cooked and soft. Salt the broth to taste like soup.

The last thing to do - pour the filling to the ventricles, salt, pepper to taste, gently mix everything together, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 5 min.
