Salad
Light and at the same time nourishing salad shrimp. Suddenly flies!!! Specially for the contest "Scarlett March 8".

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Lettuce

    2 coup

  • Olives

    1 can

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

Cooking

Wash the cilantro and chop (since I didn't have lettuce, I replaced the dill with parsley. But it is better to do after all with lettuce, you get much more tender) place on a plate.

Boiled eggs cut into petals and put on top of greens.

Olives spread on top of eggs and greens.

On top lay slices of pineapple. Of 1 tablespoon of pineapple slices to make a pile with the edges of the plates.

Slides on top of the pineapple to form a crab shrimp. Decorate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with lemon juice.
