Description

Cooking
Turkey meat wash, dry paper towel and cut into small pieces.
Meat salt, pepper, add sour cream and crushed garlic. Stir and refrigerate for an hour or two. Cooking time I pointed out without regard to marinating meat.
In a frying pan, heat a couple tablespoons of butter, add rice, stir so that the oil enveloped every piece of rice.
To the rice add 2 cups water, bring to boil and wait until most of the water will be absorbed into the rice.
Simultaneously, put the meat into the hot cauldron (or, as I have in the pan Zepter), cover and let languishing while we prepare the rice.
To the meat add the prepared rice and stew on low heat under lid for 15 minutes (cover not open). After the specified time remove from heat, stir, you can still add a knob of butter for flavor and serve!
