Cooking
Turn the oven on 230 degrees. Form cover with foil, pour in the beans. Pour oil, stir with your hands, so that all beans were oiled. Sprinkle with salt, sugar (better brown), freshly ground black pepper, put cloves of peeled garlic, cut in half. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the lemon with soap and water, pour over boiling water, remove from the peel. From the third lemon to squeeze the juice. Walnuts peel and lightly toasted (I put them in the oven next to the beans for 5 minutes until light blush and smell).
Beans to get the garlic can be removed (but it is very tasty it turns out, it is better to leave). Pour the hot beans directly in the form of lemon juice, sprinkle with zest, cranberries and nuts, mix well. Transfer to a dish and serve immediately to the table. It's very, very tasty!
