Cooking
1. Mix the sugar (50 g), egg and lime juice (2 tbsp). Beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and put on low fire, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
2. The mixture is cool and drive it with a mixer the butter. The resulting mass is put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Rice to rinse well. Pour into a saucepan the milk and to pour out there rice. Cook on slow fire under a cover until the liquid is evaporated.
4. Cooked rice to cool and mix with the remaining sugar and lime juice. Beat until smooth. (My old and puny blender didn't cope with this problem, the rice was not milled, so I had to strain the mixture through a fine sieve).
5. Remove from refrigerator lemon mixture and drive it half the cream (100 ml). Whisk until smooth, then add mixture to rice mass and again beat until smooth.
6. The remaining cream (100 ml) mix and add to ice cream. Stir until smooth.
7. Ice cream put into a convenient container and put in freezer for 2 hours. 2 hours to get ice cream and stir again, remove in the freezer for 2 hours. The mixing procedure was repeated three times. Before final freezing of the ice cream may be placed in molds and store in the freezer before serving.
