Delicate dessert of jelly and cream, milk and sugar. The recipe is very simple, perhaps not quite classic, but very tasty. It is possible to dream and add to it whatever you like – fruit, nuts, chocolate, etc.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Gelatin

    30 g

Pour gelatin with cold milk, leave to swell. Then melt in a water bath with constant stirring. Gelatin swells in milk is not like water, so try to stir to avoid lumps. Milk with the gelatin to cool. Blend sour cream with sugar. Add sugar to taste, taste while whipping. Keep in mind that you will add a glass of milk and the final product will be less sweet.
