Moroccan orange salad with dates
Juicy oranges, sticky-sweet dates, fresh mint leaves and crunchy almonds are very harmoniously combined in this salad. Serve chilled as a fresh dessert or snack-a side dish to meat from the grill, for lovers of sweet and salty taste.

Ingredients

  • Orange

Milling the oranges: cut off the top and the bottom of a very sharp knife, so the orange could consistently put on a cutting Board. A knife to cut strips of peel together with the white films, thus exposing the orange flesh.

Already peeled oranges make cuts along the film separating the segments, and release the orange pulp. Get these slices, free from films.

Slices to sprinkle it with water of flowers of orange, sprinkle a pinch of RAS El hanut and put in the fridge. The salad is good without water, and RAS El hanut, you can easily substitute cinnamon.

Dates to release from the bones and cut into strips. Almonds fry until Golden and crispy and chop.

Mint leaves washed, cut into thin strips.

To compose the salad: on a platter put a layer of oranges, sprinkle with dates and almonds, garnish with chopped mint. Bon appetit!
