Cheese balls - a great alternative to pancakes. The website has a huge number of similar recipes, but I will venture to offer my option. This recipe is from childhood. At first, my mother spoiled me with Goodies, and now I bake them for mom and son. Very tasty!

Prepare the products. Here's my assistant - a notebook for notes favorite recipes ( where the same without it)))
Eggs, cheese, sugar and salt mix thoroughly. You can fork, and you can, like me, with a mixer. The consistency should be like that. Sugar and salt have completely dissolved.

Take a saucepan ( or deep pan), pour oil and put on fire. Oil should be enough so that the beads floated in it.
While the oil heats up, we dipped hands in water and form a ball, then coat it in semolina. And so on.
Once the oil is heated, sent a few balls into it. They should emerge. Some may just prioritize to the bottom. This should not scare you. Just pry with a slotted spoon and all. To interfere with all the time is not required, only occasionally. The balls themselves are spinning in oil
