Cooking
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder. Add the butter at room temperature and turn it all into crumbs. I did it with a knife - just all chopped. You can just knead by hand or beat with a mixer.
Add the egg and knead the dough. The resulting dough is put for 15 minutes in the cold.
When the dough is slightly cooled roll out between two sheets of baking paper. Then, remove the upper sheet of paper and directly on the lower sheet, transfer to a baking sheet and put in a preheated 175-180° oven to bake, about 15 minutes.
Ready Korzh cut in half and on one half spread on top of jam. Jam can be any, the main thing that was unsweetened. The second cake neatly stacked on first and allow the cakes to cool
While the cakes are cooling mix the icing sugar with the juice until the consistency of sour cream. This is sweet.
The resulting mixture pour on top of cooled cakes and spread with. Put in a cool place to Fudge froze.
When the Fudge hardens, cut the cake into arbitrary geometric shapes. Ready! Bon appetit!
