Cooking
The main ingredient in this sauce - canned white beans and melted cheese. Other components you can add to your taste. I added herbs from his garden (with the sill) - celery, rosemary, and parsley. Green onions, dill and garlic I bought at the market.
A jar of white beans weighing 400 g. kidney Beans 240 g net weight. 160 g of liquid to pour is not necessary. Useful to give the sauce the right consistency. Beans I crushed with herbs and garlic.
There laid out from the jar cheese (the cheese we have sold with different fillings - mushroom, ham, shrimp, fennel, onions, etc.), I took the cheese without additives. Decided to "dip" to cook with herbs and a little spice, i.e., to your taste.
All was ground, added black pepper and mustard.
All the liquid from the jar of beans I put in are ready to "dip".
We got two tins of cheese and ice cream dish. All containers of approximately 200 g From the bowl "dip" we, of course, ate at home, sampling... One jar took on the nature.
Fan of toast of black bread - this is my favorite raga. White does not eat at all.
But I love toasted white loaf. Ciabatta is not dried.
Very tasty to put sauce on ciabatta, and put the vegetables. I did a "proper" sandwich. Smeared the slices with the sauce, put a piece of cheese "Athlete", and then, and vegetables.
These photos I made at home, as always, late in the evening.
On the nature of the sea we were making kebabs. Of course, we do not have and piece. Kebabs with ketchup I don't eat. So the sauce came in handy!
"Dip" made to the article "Not a single kebab... man alive on a picnic!"
Fans of beans, try to make this "dip" with their supplements, and I am sure that you will not remain indifferent!
