Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
When cooled, peel and pound to a puree.
Drive into mashed eggs, salt and add the flour, knead the dough, as dumplings. Cover with a towel and leave for 40 min.
Take meat, any meat. I did breast of chicken with added bacon and onions.
Boil them in boiling salted water 15-20 min. After cooling, they can put it in the refrigerator and use as needed.
Make a sauce. Mix the pressed garlic, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Before serving on the table. Dip balls in beaten egg and fry on both sides. Eat dipping sauce. Bon appetit!!!
