Cooking
Preheat oven to 180-190 degrees (depending on capacity). Grease the molds with oil (ideal if the form is a diameter of 22 cm, I have a form 26 cm). Beat the butter room temperature and sugar until it becomes light and airy. Add the yolk and vanilla. Blend again.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt. Mix well.
Add flour mixture to oil and mix well.
The batter should be paste-like consistency. It will be very soft and manageable.
Spoon the batter into the form. With your fingers spread the dough evenly across the surface. Send in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Cooking chocolate pouring: In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter.
Clean the nuts. Shalt them in a mortar or put in a plastic bag and tap with a hammer chops.
Remove the finished shortbread out of the oven. Immediately spread the chocolate on the still hot sorbide. Sprinkle with nuts and lightly press them with his hand.
Cool. Then cut into triangles.
With a rich chocolate taste and a delicate almond aftertaste!
