Bagels with marmalade
Very tasty and quick to prepare cookies, not counting the time the dough is in the freezer. We have this cookie everyone loves, and so in our family it is cooked very often.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Marmalade

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

Take the flour, sour cream, butter (preferably softened, it is easier to mix) and slaked soda. All mix until a homogeneous mass. Then we put our dough in the freezer for 40 minutes. I rolled it into a ball, then easy to share.

While our dough is in the freezer, prepare the filling. Take our marmalade and cut it into cubes, approximately 1 cm in width and 3-4 in length.

Take out the dough from the freezer, divide it into 4 equal parts. Take one part and roll out the dough, preferably round in shape. Then we need to slice the dough into slices, I do it with a utility knife. Then put the filling on the pastry and wrap it from edge to the center, and get bagels. The same is done with the other three parts.

Put our cookies on a previously oiled baking tray (my baking paper, so I did not grease) in an already heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until Golden brown

Take out from the oven our cookies, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and enjoy your meal!!!
