Cooking

step-0
Fish fillets thawed in the microwave in the "Below average". Sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes, it will improve the taste of fish and will reduce the cooking time. Wash rice, boil according to the instructions for the microwave. I have 200 grams of rice to 2 cups boiling water, capacity cover with foil, make some holes for steam. To cook at Full power for 13-15 minutes. Please note that microwave rice to put in the boiling water, i.e. water pre-heating. For mint pesto mint wash, dry, chop with the pistachios and garlic in a blender.
step-1
Add sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well.
step-2
Fish, arrange on ovenproof dish and cook at Full power 3 minutes. For the filling, grind in a blender shrimp, spinach and cream cheese. Fish fillet cut in half lengthwise, remove the small bones. On the edge put the shrimp a lot and carefully (!!) twist roll. Tie a feather green onions. It is important not to overdo the fish, or the flesh is too soft, and the roll will fall apart. For convenience, use the sushi Mat.
