Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

1.Prepare all products: onions finely chop, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, cook the rice, mushrooms finely cut.

2. Prepare the filling: fry in oil the onion, add the mushrooms. After a couple of minutes add carrots and rice, stir, salt and pepper. Some carrots raw reserve in order to sprinkle the cabbage rolls in duhovochku.

3. Put the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. Then carefully disassemble on the leaves. If there is thickening, then they should be beat with a hoe. Put on the leaf stuffing and wrap. You can tie a thread (like I did). Cabbage rolls fry in a small quantity of oil.

4. Stuffed cabbage put in a bowl with a thick bottom, sprinkle with carrot, mix sour cream and tomato paste, pour on top. Put in preheated oven for 1 hour.

5. In an hour you can get to enjoy the wonderful taste!
