Peasant bread: fermented baked milk with seeds
A very fragrant bread made from whole wheat flour with a pleasant taste of sunflower seeds and a delicate aroma of sour milk. Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka

    350 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    250 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    50 g

Lay in the bucket of the bread machine all the ingredients according to the instructions. Choose the mode "the dough" and push the start button. If no bread machine: mix with sifted flour, salt, yeast. In fermented baked milk room temperature, add honey, mix well. Pour fermented baked milk with honey into the dry mixture and knead the dough. The dough should not be steep: it will be a little sticky. Add the seeds and knead the dough well. To clean the Cup, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
