Eggplant flenard
Extremely tasty, tender and mega-cheese! I was left in complete awe of this snack! Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Goat cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    20 ml

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant wash, cut into small cubes and season with salt. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

The juice is drained, wipe the eggplant with paper towel and fry on medium heat in hot butter. (I have not achieved a Golden brown. My eggplants are softened and acquired taste.) At the request of the eggplant can be put on a paper towel to leave excess oil.

Beat the eggs with the cream. Add cornstarch and spices. Careful with the salt!

In ramekin put the eggplant, put sliced small pieces of goat cheese (my home) and pour the egg mixture.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
