Vegetable salad with couscous
Light salad with bright summer colors. The vegetables combined with the couscous gives the salad a special taste. This salad is suitable as well for people controlling their weight.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    10 g

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Seasoning

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Couscous

    20 g

Couscous pour boiling water, add salt and allow to swell for 20 minutes, then carefully loosen with a fork. If You're using another TM, then cook the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Couscous divided into three parts.

Tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers cut into squares. Finely chopped herbs. Lettuce (2 leaves) cut into large chunks or break it.

At the bottom of the salad bowls stacked nicely 8 leaves of lettuce, spread on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle one part couscous. Next, put the cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper and sprinkle the second part of the couscous. Then add the salad.

Sprinkle top with greens and the rest of the couscous. Combine the olive oil with the lemon juice and pour our salad. Further to taste add spices and seasonings. I salad not immediately charged and spices are added. All served to the table, and every man to his liking adds.
