Ingredients

  • Millet

    2 cup

  • Chicken

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

Millet wash, boil.

While cooking grits, sauté onions, carrots. To zazharku add the chicken pieces or fillets. Lightly fry, then add some water and simmer.

When the chicken is ready, the dish is cooked. To combine everything in the pan, add salt, add spices. Then another 5 minutes.
