Muffin milk

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

The recipe is very simple, so step-by-step photo no. Beat butter with sugar and salt, add eggs, again beat well. Pour the milk, add poppy seeds, mix well. Sift the flour with the baking powder in the dough. Mix thoroughly. Form grease (silicone is not necessary), pour the batter. Bake at 180* until tender (40-60 min), test with a toothpick. The first 25 min oven do not open. The finished cake cool slightly, to get out of shape, optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
