Berliner
Berliner - a traditional cakes for New Year, Carnival. Before Berliner sold just before lent. Today it can be purchased year-round.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Jam

Of the above ingredients knead the dough and give a good fit (I threw the dough in the bread machine). Then shape the meatballs.

And give them too little to come. To do this well use the oven. Include at 30-50 degrees and leave it there for about 30 minutes.

Fry on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Berliner should float in the oil.
