Cooking
To make pancakes we need to whisk one egg with a pinch of salt, tablespoon of sugar and vanilla sugar.
Pour 1 Cup milk and whisk to dissolve the sugar.
Add the flour and stir thoroughly.
Add remaining milk, stir. Pour the rye flour and baking powder. Frankly, in this case, instead of baking powder I took a half teaspoon of baking soda and citric acid, a quarter teaspoon of flour and starch. Well mixed and the mixture poured into the dough.
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil and add the grated on a large grater Apple. With a spoon stir well and start baking pancakes.
The batter should be moderately thick. But a little thicker than for pancakes.
I poured it with a ladle. In a frying pan and gently distribute with a spoon. Bake until it will turn brown on both sides. As the pancakes turn out not thin, then fry them not need very high heat to the cold cake.
These are the "moderately overweight" pancakes turn out.
They can be served with cottage cheese, whipped in a blender and mixed with jam. I have the gooseberry jam. Jam add according to your taste.
Put the tea and... Enjoy a soft, fragrant and delicious pancakes!
