Caramel Panna cotta
A delicious creamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cardamom

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

Soak gelatine in cold water and leave for 40 minutes. Sugar pour into a saucepan and add the cardamom.

Put the saucepan on a medium heat. His shaking occasionally until the sugar turns into caramel. Here the main thing - not to burn through the sugar.

Separately boil the cream.

The pot caramel remove from heat and while stirring slowly pour in hot cream. This should be done very carefully, as the mixture will rise a bit and splashing.

Now you need to add gelatin and vanilla sugar. The mixture was cooled to room temperature, pour into molds and refrigerate until firm!
