Description
A great option snack, when completely lacking the time and could not eat full. Maybe someone would prefer a "platter" for Breakfast, why not)) Very fast, simple and so familiar...

Cooking
Cut onion into thin half-rings. Mix water, vinegar, ginger and mint. Pour the onion and leave to the side (stir periodically).
Beet wash well, put in a heatproof dish with a lid. Put in the microwave oven (this is the main secret of quick cooking of this dish). At a power of 800, for 10 minutes.
At this time, cut the sausage into 4 pieces and fry (great if you have "plates", I'm not very lucky))) don't forget to stir the onions.
Remove the sausage, spread on a napkin (remove excess oil). Onions-washed and sent on a high heat on the same pan where you fried the sausage. For 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate bowl mix the fried onion (it should be slightly crunchy), grated beet, chopped parsley and walnuts. Sprinkle with salt and stir. Served on a piece of sausage.
