Cottage cheese biscuits
I called it "2 x2" for two reasons – almost all of the ingredients begins with 2 and it's as simple as ABC ))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cheese preferably to take a pasty or whip it in advance, to avoid grains. Beat the margarine with the egg yolks, add the cheese, sugar. Sift the flour with the baking powder, put in the cheese mass, stir. The batter should be a pasty-solid consistency.

Put the dough in Carnatic and squeeze out any figures. My grinder has the function of extruding shaped cookies – I made roses.

Bake at 200 C for 20-25 minutes or until Browning. Hot sprinkle with powdered sugar, add powdered cinnamon.
